Consent to the processing of personal data

You confirm your consent to the processing by the company Jewelry Art personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer of personal data exclusively for the purpose of selling jewelry, as described below, blocking, depersonalization, destruction.
The Jewelry Art Company guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of effective execution of orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by the company Jewelry Art as obligatory for execution.
If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the right holder, distributor or reseller of decorated jewelry for the purpose of delivery decorated on your behalf, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. The Jewelry Art Company guarantees the protection of personal data under conditions similar to those set out in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.
This consent applies to the following personal data of yours: surname, first name and patronymic, e-mail address, postal address for delivery of orders, contact phone number, payment details.
The term of consent is unlimited. You can withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the address: 03057, Kyiv, str. Aleksandra Dovzhenko, d.1-B, marked "Revocation of consent to personal data processing".
We draw your attention to the fact that the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the Internet site (https://www.umgold.ua/), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in personal data processing systems of the Jewelry Art Company, which may make it impossible to use the Internet services of the Jewelry Art Company.
I guarantee that the information presented by me is complete, accurate and reliable, and also that when presenting the information, the current legislation of Ukraine, the legal rights and interests of third parties are not violated. All presented information is filled out by me personally.
This consent is valid for the entire period of storage of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of Ukraine.
