Cash payment
When choosing the cash payment option, you wait for the courier to arrive and give him the amount for the goods in hryvnia. Your clients will be able to pay in cash at Monobank and PrivatBank self-service terminals.
Also pay in cash when picking up from the store and pay cash on delivery at Nova Poshta.
Payment by non-cash
The Monopay payment page (from Monobank) provides a simple, fast and secure way to accept payments from our customers on the site. When using the Monopay payment page, the customer's card data is transferred completely securely directly to Monopay and does not remain on our website or server.
When placing an order in the cart, you can select a payment method. We accept Visa and Master Card. To pay for your purchase, you will be redirected to the Monopay system server, where you must enter the card number, expiration date, and holder name.
You may be denied authorization if:
- if your bank does not support 3D-Secure technology;
- there are not enough funds on the card for the purchase;
- the bank does not support the online payment service;
- data entry timeout expired;
- there was an error in the data.
In this case, you can repeat authorization after 20 minutes, use a different card, or contact your bank to resolve the issue.
You can use non-cash payments for courier delivery, cash on delivery, using a parcel machine or picking up from a store.
