The Jewelry Mistetstvo online store offers several delivery options in Ukraine
- Nova Poshta branches;
- parcel terminals from Nova Poshta;
- Ukrposhta branches (in cases where delivery by Nova Poshta is impossible);
- courier service of Nova Poshta*;
- pickup from the store.
Delivery to the Nova Poshta office
In your city, you can order delivery to the nearest Novaya Poshta branch. Immediately upon arrival of the goods, a parcel notification will be sent to your address.
Before payment, you can assess the condition of the goods: completeness, integrity. If you think that the order does not meet the parameters or the box is damaged, ask the postal employee to draw up an opening report.
Delivery of orders worth less than 2500 UAH is paid at the time of receipt of the order according to the current tariffs of Nova Poshta.
Post office from Nova Poshta
Post offices from Nova Poshta are a terminal with an automated system for storing ordered goods. The convenience is that a person can pick up an order at any convenient time.
How to work with the post office:
at the time of placing an order on the website, you choose a post office that is convenient for you, if such a system operates in your city;
A unique code will be sent to your phone or e-mail, this means that the goods have been delivered to the post office;
you come to the post office, enter the received code and follow the instructions of the machine;
pay for your order at the post office terminal;
pick up the goods.
The shelf life in the post office is 3 days, but can be extended for a similar period. To clarify the information and extend the storage time, go to the Nova Poshta website, enter your order number and phone number and follow the prompts on the website.
Express delivery
You can order delivery of goods using a courier, who will arrive at the specified address according to Nova Poshta’s work schedule. The courier service, after the goods arrive at the warehouse, will contact you and offer to choose a convenient delivery time. Will clarify the address.
You open the package in front of the courier, inspect the integrity of the jewelry and compliance with the specified package. Inspection and fitting time is limited to 10 minutes. Afterwards you can refuse partially or completely from the purchase.
Delivery is paid before the order is shipped. In case of refusal, delivery costs are not refunded. In this case, the previously paid courier services and insurance are withheld from you, regardless of the cost of the order.

Pickup from the store
You can pick up the goods at one of the stores that cooperate with us. A list of retail outlets that accept orders from our company will appear in your cart. When the order arrives in your city, you will receive a notification. You just go to this store, contact an employee and give your order number. Your friend or relative who knows the number and name for whom the order was placed can pick up the purchase.
Delivery period
Depending on your region of residence, delivery time takes 1-2 days.
