Custom Jewelry Production
If the selected jewelry item is not currently in stock, we can manufacture it for you upon request.
The production time usually takes 7–10 business days. After manufacturing, the jewelry undergoes quality inspection and is then shipped to the customer.
To start production, a 10–20% deposit of the item price indicated on the website at the time of placing the order may be required.
Jewelry items are made from precious metals whose value depends on market factors, including:

the price of gold and other precious metals on international markets

the cost of gemstones and materials
-
supplier and logistics costs
-
foreign currency exchange rates
For this reason, prices on the website may change.
Payment Terms
If the jewelry item is paid in full, the price is fixed and will not change.
If the order is placed with a 10–20% deposit, the following pricing principle applies:

the deposit fixes the corresponding part of the item's price;
-
the remaining 80–90% of the price is paid according to the current price at the time the item is completed and ready for shipment.
In other words, the deposit secures part of the jewelry price, while the final balance is calculated before shipment.
Before shipping the item, we always inform the customer of the final total price of the order.
