📦 Return Conditions

You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the following:

• Item was not worn or used

• Original tag/seal, packaging, and full set are preserved

• A receipt or proof of purchase is available

• The item was not custom-made (e.g. name pendants, engraved items)

🔁 How to return

1. Fill out the return form

2. Wait for confirmation from our team

3. Pack the item securely

4. Ship the item within 3 business days after confirmation

📬 Return address will be shared after your request is approved.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and verified

• Funds are returned to the same account used for payment

• Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer

🚫 Non-returnable items

• Custom-made jewelry (engraving)

• Used or damaged items
